Need a card?

At this time we only serve qualified medical patients with the appropriate documentation.  If you have questions about how you can become a medical marijuana patient we’d be happy to direct you.

To qualify for the Maine Medical Marijuana program you will need to have a current medical marijuana certification and a Maine ID. In the state of Maine, qualifying conditions include:

  • Cancers

  • Glaucoma

  • HIV/AIDS

  • Hepatitis C

  • ALS or Lou Gehrig’s Disease

  • Crohn’s Disease

  • Alzheimer’s Disease

  • Severe nausea

  • NPS—Nail-Patella Syndrome

  • Pain that has not responded to ordinary medical or surgical measures for more than 6 months

  • Seizures, including those characteristic of epilepsy

  • Cachexia or Wasting Syndrome

  • PTSD

  • Severe and persistent muscle spasms, including those characteristic of multiple sclerosis

Have a card?

To become a patient you will need the following

  • Valid Medical Card

  • Valid State Issued ID

  • Filled out designation form
